Generally, the Universal Orlando ride height requirements are between 40 inches and 48 inches which is different from Disney where their rides average at 36 inches and 48 inches tall.

Universal Studios Florida Height Restrictions

At Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, you’ll get to be a part of the movie and experience some of the famous adventures that your favorite heroes have been on.

2024 Universal Studios Height Requirements

• Despicable Me Minion Mayhem™: Must be at least 40″ (102cm). Children between 40″–48″ (102cm-122cm) must be accompanied by a supervising companion. Persons under 40″ (102cm) must experience this attraction from an adjacent stationary seat.
• E.T. Adventure™: Must be at least 34″ (87cm). Children between 34″–48″ (87cm-122cm) must be accompanied by a supervising companion.
• Fast & Furious – Supercharged™: Must be at least 40″ (102cm). Children between 40″–48″ (102cm-122cm) must be accompanied by a supervising companion.
• Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts™*: Must be at least 42″ (107cm). Children between 42″–48″ (107cm-122cm) must be accompanied by a supervising companion.
• Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit™*: Must be at least 51″ (130cm) and no more than 79″ (201cm).

• Honu of Honu ika Moana™: Must be at least 48″ (122cm).
• ika Moana of Honu ika Moana™: Must be at least 42″ (107cm). Children between 42″–48″ (107cm-122cm) must be accompanied by a supervising companion.
• Kala and Tai Nui Serpentine Body Slides™: Must be at least 48″ (122cm).
• Ko’okiri Body Plunge™: Must be at least 48″ (122cm).
• Krakatau™ Aqua Coaster: Must be at least 42″ (107cm). Children between 42″–48″ (107cm-122cm) must be accompanied by a supervising companion.
