The moment you walk in, you’ll notice the rustic-chic vibe that perfectly balances sophistication with comfort.
Spanning two stories, the restaurant has beautiful warm wood tones, exposed brick, and industrial-inspired lighting fixtures that feels so cozy and inviting.
I really loved the second-floor terrace because it has gorgeous views of Disney Springs. I highly recommend you take a moment to take a look for yourself, it is absolutely incredible.

It’s the perfect spot for people-watching while sipping on a glass of rosé (especially on a beautiful day in fall or in the evening)!

Wine Tasting Experience
The true highlight of Wine Bar George in my opinion, naturally, is the Wine Tasting Experience. It’s here where you’ll learn how to taste wine with a Master Sommelier.
What I found really sets this place apart from other restaurants at Disney is the “blind” tasting of six different wines, while you learn how to sip like a pro with George Miliotes, the owner of Wine Bar George.
Plus, you’ll get the inside scoop from George about his adventures in the wine industry and what it really takes to earn that Master Sommelier title.
George handpicks each wine for the tasting making it a more intimate and special experience in my opinion.
The selections change with each event and he’ll guide you through this personalized 90-minute experience on select afternoons.

My Review of the Food
After multiple visits to this Disney Springs restaurant, I can confidently say the food quality is consistently excellent.
Executive Chef Ron Rupert has created a menu that’s both inviting, sophisticated and absolutely delicious.
The House-made Meatballs are tender and flavorful, swimming in a tomato sauce that I could sit and eat by the spoonful.
The Burrata is another standout. The creamy cheese is paired with seasonal accompaniments that change throughout the year.
For larger appetites, the Family-Style Plates serve 2-4 people and are perfect for sharing.
The Whole Grilled Sea Bass was a showstopper during my last visit and I definitely recommend this if you plan on visiting this Disney restaurant.

What truly impressed me was how each dish seemed specifically designed to complement their wine offerings. It felt like a harmonious dining experience that’s rare even among upscale restaurants.
I opted for one of their “Notable Reds” and was impressed by both the selection and the staff’s knowledge.
During my visit, each wine I had came with a detailed description and food pairing suggestion.
I just wish I could remember the name of my waiter as he was absolutely amazing!!!
Don’t miss their signature “Frozcato” if you enjoy sweeter options—it’s a frozen blend of moscato, vodka, and pineapple Dole Whip that’s dangerously delicious.
