ThemeParkHipster Promise
I’m not going to tell you to eat at Raglan Road simply because it’s popular, because Disney Springs has too many good restaurants for that.
My goal is to help you figure out whether this restaurant fits the kind of experience YOU want. Because if you’re looking for a quiet meal where you can sit back and enjoy dinner in silence, Raglan Road probably isn’t the place for you.
But if you want hearty food, live music, Irish dancers, and an atmosphere that makes dinner feel like part of your vacation entertainment?
Now we’re talking.
Let’s figure out if Raglan Road is right for you.

What Is Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant?
Raglan Road is an Irish pub and restaurant located in The Landing section of Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort.
The restaurant combines traditional and contemporary Irish-inspired food with live Irish music and dancing.
The entertainment isn’t just occasional; it’s a major part of the experience.
Raglan Road features live entertainment every day, with its award-winning Irish dancers performing daily and additional entertainment during its weekend Rollicking Raglan Brunch.
That means you can come for dinner…
And accidentally stay because you’re having too much fun!

First Impressions: Welcome to the Party
The first thing you need to understand about Raglan Road is that it has energy.
This is not a beige dining room with soft instrumental music playing quietly in the background.
There’s dark wood, warm lighting, a proper pub atmosphere, and music.
What I love about Raglan Road is that the atmosphere doesn’t feel like any other areas of Disney World. It marks its own territory within the Mouse.
Is Raglan Road Actually Authentic?
This is one of the first questions people ask, and I understand why.
We’re at Walt Disney World, and we know we’re not actually in Ireland. But Raglan Road puts serious effort into creating an Irish pub experience through its food, music, dancing, and design.
As I mentioned earlier, the restaurant features Irish performers, and its rotating entertainment lineup includes musicians and dancers who bring traditional and contemporary Irish culture into the dining room.

The food also goes beyond simply putting “Irish” in front of a burger and calling it a day. You’ll find dishes inspired by Irish pub classics alongside more modern interpretations.
To me, Raglan Road feels like a celebration of Irish food and culture rather than a restaurant wearing an Irish costume, and I can appreciate the difference.
Raglan Road’s current show schedule has its award-winning Irish dancers performing daily from 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from noon on Saturdays and Sundays.
Showtimes can change, so always check the current schedule before your reservation.
HIPSTER POWER TIP: If this is your first visit, I would intentionally book around the entertainment. Why come all the way to Raglan Road and miss one of the biggest things that makes it special?
Where Should You Sit at Raglan Road?
If seeing the live performers is important to you, I would request the main dining room when you check in.
Raglan Road specifically notes that reservations are strongly recommended and that specific tables cannot be requested or reserved in advance. So there are no guarantees.
The restaurant has worked to improve sight lines to the entertainment, but your exact view will depend on where you’re seated.
HIPSTER POWER TIP: Arrive on time and be kind. Let the host know that this is your first visit and that you’d love a good view of the entertainment if one is available.
Let’s Talk About the Raglan Road Menu
Okay, now we’re eating!
Raglan Road’s current menu mixes familiar Irish comfort food with dishes that have a more contemporary twist.
You’ll find options such as:
- Fish and Chips
- An Irish Egg
- Irish Seafood Chowder
- Salmon
- Braised Beef
- Bangers and Mash-style dishes
- Boxty-inspired plates
- Burgers and sandwiches
- Creative appetizers like Potato Pretzel with beer-braised caramelized onion & cheese sauce and When Ireland Dates America: Bacon & cabbage mac ‘n’ cheese bites, maple-glazed Brunson bacon, carrot & cabbage slaw, pickled red cabbage puree
- Vegetarian options like Sure I’m Frittered: Free-form broccoli and corn fritter with a sweetcorn puree and fire-roasted pepper relish and This Sheppie Went Veggie: A mix of root vegetables, three beans and lentils with bulgar wheat, topped with olive oil mashed potatoes with a roasted pepper & cherry tomato gravy
And this is what I like about the menu: you don’t need to be an adventurous eater to find something.
If you want classic pub food? You’re covered. If you want seafood? You’ve got options.
If you want something more modern? You can do that too. And if you came here just for the bread pudding? Honestly, I wouldn’t blame you.
First Things First: DO NOT Ignore the Soda Bread
Raglan Road’s homemade soda bread is one of those simple parts of the meal that you might not expect to remember, but somehow do.
Known as Comfort Bread, it’s homemade brown soda bread served with a Guinness glaze and olive oil dip.
And isn’t that funny? You can have a menu full of entrées, live music, and Irish dancers, and somehow it’s the bread that ends up stealing the show.

What Should You Order at Raglan Road?
If this is your first visit, I think you should embrace the spirit of Raglan Road and have a little fun with your order.
You’ll find plenty of familiar favorites here, along with dishes that give you a taste of the Irish influence behind the restaurant. Try something that feels like Raglan Road.
Here are the types of dishes I’d put high on my list.
The Fish and Chips: The Classic Choice
If you love fish and chips, you really can’t go wrong with this one. And if you’re new to Irish-inspired food, it’s an easy place to start before you branch out and try something different.
It comes with their famous premium North Atlantic cod filet, beer-battered and served with chips (or fries as we Americans call it) and fresh tartar sauce.
The OMG Burger Calling My Name
The OMG Burger is another popular choice at Raglan Road, and after trying it myself, I can definitely see why.
It’s made with a dry-aged prime short rib and brisket beef burger, Irish bacon, Dubliner Irish cheddar, crispy fried onions, and house-made BBQ sauce.
Excuse me, you had me at dry-aged prime short rib.
And yes, I ordered it.
This is the kind of burger I’d happily order again, especially on a warm summer evening in Orlando. It’s hearty, packed with flavor, and definitely hits the spot after a day at Disney Springs.
Try a Boxty If You Want Something More Traditionally Irish-Inspired
If you’ve never had a boxty before, this is a tasty dish to try at Raglan Road.
A boxty is a traditional Irish potato cake, and Raglan Road puts its own spin on it with Pull the Boxty. It’s made with a crispy Irish-style boxty potato cake, pulled ham hock, caramelized red onions, and Dubliner cheese sauce.
The Salmon Run Too Is for the Friend Who Says, “I Don’t Know About Irish Food”
This is another simple, yet delicious item on the menu at Raglan Road Disney Springs.
The Salmon Run Too Roasted comes with Roasted North Atlantic salmon filet, mashed potato, roasted broccolini, confit tomatoes, with a lemon and white wine butter sauce and a spinach puree.
So even if someone in your group isn’t ready to dive into boxty, there are still plenty of familiar choices on the menu.
That’s one of the things I like about Raglan Road. You can try something new, or stick with a dish you already know you’ll enjoy.

Is the Rollicking Raglan Brunch Worth It?
If you’re visiting Disney Springs on a weekend, this is where things get interesting.
Raglan Road hosts its Rollicking Raglan Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with the Rhythms of Raglan Dance Show on the main stage from noon to 3 p.m.
The brunch menu includes Irish-inspired entrées alongside specialty morning cocktails and some seriously tempting brunch dishes.
I’d recommend trying the Bed of Bacon, which comes with a bacon and cheese-stuffed brioche loaf, shallot purée, maple-glazed Brunson bacon, and a fried egg.
Have more of a sweet tooth? Their famous Bread & Butter Pudding gets a brunch makeover and is served French toast-style with vanilla mascarpone, mixed berries, and crispy maple-glazed bacon.
So if you want the Raglan Road experience without committing to a late dinner, weekend brunch is an excellent alternative.
HIPSTER POWER TIP: If the entertainment is your priority, I’d aim for a reservation that overlaps with the brunch show rather than booking right when brunch begins.
Is Raglan Road Good for Kids?
Yes. And I actually think this is one of the better Disney Springs restaurants for families who want a sit-down meal without expecting the kids to sit quietly at the table for two hours.
The entertainment gives kids something to watch while everyone eats. It makes the whole dining experience feel a little more relaxed for parents, too.
Is Raglan Road Good for a Date Night?
Yes, but let’s define the date. If you’re looking for: candlelight, quiet conversation, and deep eye contact across a silent table…then no.
Raglan Road is a FUN date-night restaurant!
Sometimes you just need someone you love, good food, and a room full of people clapping along to the music.
Is Raglan Road Good for Solo Travelers?
This one is for us. Yes!

I absolutely loooove eating at Raglan Road alone. And I think the entertainment makes solo dining easier.
One of the things people worry about when eating alone is: “What am I supposed to do?”
First of all…Eat.
But at Raglan Road, you also have live music and Irish dancing happening around you, so there’s always something to watch. You’re not sitting there in silence wondering if everyone is looking at you.
Trust me. They’re watching the stage. Or digging into their bread pudding. Nobody is thinking about your table for one.
And here’s something I want you to remember: a table for one is not a waiting room until someone else arrives in your life.
You are allowed to experience things now.
Order the meal. Watch the show. Have the drink. Take yourself out.
I built ThemeParkHipster around helping people understand that they don’t need to wait for someone else to start living.
That applies to roller coasters; it applies to travel; it absolutely applies to food too!

Should You Make a Reservation at Raglan Road?
Yes. Raglan Road strongly recommends reservations, and I agree.
Could you potentially find walk-up availability? Sure, but Disney Springs gets busy.
And if you’ve planned your evening around seeing the live entertainment, I don’t want your entire strategy depending on luck. Just make the reservation.
How Long Should You Plan for Raglan Road?
I would allow approximately 90 minutes to two hours.
If you rush through dinner in forty-five minutes and immediately leave, you may miss the thing that makes Raglan Road special.
Give yourself time to see the performers and to enjoy your meal. And please stop scheduling your vacation like you’re trying to qualify for the Olympics.
I say this with love…You need to sit down sometimes and just enjoy your Walt Disney World trip.
Is Raglan Road Expensive?
Raglan Road falls into the moderate Disney dining range rather than the luxury category.
Walt Disney World currently classifies it as $$, generally representing approximately $15 to $34.99 per adult.
Of course, your final bill can climb once you add:
- Appetizers
- Alcoholic drinks
- Dessert
- Tax
- Gratuity

Raglan Road vs. Cookes of Dublin: Which Should You Choose?
This is an important question. Right next door, you’ll find Cookes of Dublin, a quick-service restaurant serving Irish-inspired food.
So which one should you choose?
Here’s my simple breakdown:
| Choose Raglan Road If… | Choose Cookes of Dublin If… |
| You want a full sit-down meal | You need something faster |
| Live entertainment matters | You’re focused on food and convenience |
| You want a longer dining experience | You’re on a tighter schedule |
| You want table service | You prefer quick service |
| This is part of your evening plans | You’re grabbing food between activities |
| You want the full atmosphere | You want a more budget-friendly option |
As you can see, neither choice is wrong.
My Perfect Raglan Road Evening
If this were my first visit, here’s exactly how I’d plan it.
- 4:30 p.m. – Arrive at Disney Springs: Give yourself time to park, get through security, and enjoy the area. Do not arrive at the parking garage five minutes before your reservation.
- 5:00 p.m. – Explore The Landing: Walk around, take photos, and maybe do a little shopping.
- 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. – Dinner at Raglan Road: Now we’re getting into the evening entertainment window. Order Something Irish-Inspired and watch the Performers
- After Dinner – Walk Around Disney Springs: This is the perfect post-dinner activity.

NikkyJ’s Favorite Part
The energy!
There are plenty of restaurants where the food is good, but not every restaurant changes your mood.

You can walk in tired after a long Disney day, then the music starts, the dancers come out, and suddenly, you have a little more energy.
That’s what I love about live entertainment. It pulls you into the moment. For a little while, you’re not thinking about tomorrow’s itinerary.
You’re just there.
If This Were My Friend’s First Visit…
I’d tell you we’re not going to Raglan Road just to eat; we’re going for the whole experience.
- I’d make us a reservation during the live entertainment.
- We’d arrive early because I refuse to sprint through Disney Springs.
- We’d sit down.
- Order too much food.
- Then the dancers would start.
- We’d watch the performance.
- Clap.
- Probably attempt to understand how their feet are moving that fast.
- Fail.
- Then we’d order the bread pudding even though both of us had already said: “I’m full.”
- Because that’s what friendship is.
- By the time we walked back outside, Disney Springs would be glowing.
- The music from Raglan Road would still be stuck in our heads.
- And we’d realize dinner had become one of the best parts of the day.
That’s what I want from a vacation meal with you, my friend!

Final Thoughts: Is Raglan Road at Disney Springs Worth It?
I think so, especially if you want more than a standard sit-down meal.
The combination of Irish-inspired food, live music, and dancing makes Raglan Road one of the more distinctive dining experiences at Disney Springs.
But I think you’ll enjoy it most if you understand what you’re coming for.
This is not a quiet dinner. And if you rush in, eat quickly, and leave before the entertainment, you may walk away wondering what all the fuss was about.
So, if you’re ready for good food, a lively atmosphere, and incredible entertainment with your meal, I’d definitely put Raglan Road on your Disney Springs list.
