Happy Monday Hipsters!
I hope you all enjoyed your holiday weekend as much as I did. Check out one of the ways I celebrated this past weekend with the Disney Easter Egg Hunt over at Epcot.
If you’ve been in the Walt Disney World Parks this past weekend, then you’d have noticed the many spring sweet treats placed in multiple locations across the property. The Disney Parks Food and Beverage team has now created new treats inspired by the “Frozen Fever” short.
Treats such as, Anna’s Happy Birthday Cupcake, will be available at select quick-service locations at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort. This vanilla cupcake has an icy blue butter-cream frosting, marshmallows and snowflake candies, topped with a white chocolate Olaf. The Frozen inspired goodies will be available April 8th.
Are you ready to nibble on the sweet treats and savory goodies provided at Walt Disney World this Easter season? Check out the photos below of this year’s Disney Easter cupcake offerings.
Happy Friday Hipsters!
I know it’s a bit early to start Happy Hour, but what the heck it’s FRIDAY!
Did the ThemeParkHipster really go there?
Yes I did 🙂
Because the other day I was checking out YouTube to watch past Walt Disney World documentaries and low and behold I came across some old videos of Walt Disney World Inside Out. One of my absolute favorite shows ever produced on the Disney Channel!
So how did Walt Disney World Inside Out become the best?
The convoy of Disney Food Trucks may have arrived into their new exciting home in Exposition Park at Downtown Disney West Side. The menus continue to evolve as guest enjoy this new Disney Foodie treat.
Happy April Hipsters! As the weather continues to warm and shine brightly in your life, remember to continue to live and allow positive wonders to blossom each and every day. Trust the Creator to bring the dreams of your life into fruition at the right time, and the right way! …
The other evening I was going through my past receipts and paperwork preparing to file my taxes. It’s something we 20 and 30-somethings like to refer to as adulting.
It’s a term first coined on twitter which means doing the monotonous things that a responsible adult is supposed to do such as, paying bills, filing taxes, showing up for work, and many of the ridiculousness that comes with being an adult.
Basically it’s the opposite of everything you truly want to do, such as geeking out with friends of the same fandom (for me it’s Harry Potter), playing video games, drinking around Epcot’s World Showcase, or anything you may feel takes you away from the mundane requirements of adulthood.
Back to the original story…
It was a day of many adulting activities when I ran across a box full of park maps I used to collect and the main one that stood out was a Magic Kingdom guidemap from November 24th to 30th, 1997. It stopped me because it was my 14th birthday weekend during that year and going to Walt Disney World during any of my childhood was always like an early Christmas gift.
