It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Nope not Christmas, but close enough. The 21st Epcot International Food and Wine Festival is where food and theme park aficionados rendezvous to satisfy their daring epicurean desires.

The Epcot Food and Wine Festival will feature more than 30 global marketplaces with dates from September 14th through November 14th, the longest period in festival history. So I take it as my duty to inform both new comers and returnees of everything each ThemeParkHipster should know for the 2016 Festival!

Beverage Seminar Schedule is Here for the 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival

Toast with friends and raise your glasses this year at the 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Beverage Seminars. It’s an absolute must do if you’re a connoisseur of wine or any other tantalizing adult concoction. Sommeliers and other beverage experts share their knowledge during the 45 minute presentations. Hipsters are able to indulge in the lesson of the day by tasting wines, beers, and liquors offered.

Culinary Demonstration Schedule for the 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival

 

Guests of Epcot Food & Wine Festival are in for a delicious treat. If you’re going this year, then you will be able to participate in a 45-minute culinary demonstration where you can get quick tips and tricks for preparing savory dishes.  According to Disney, a tasting-size serving of wine or beer is also included.

This event will be held in the Festival Center Chef’s Showcase stage daily at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. The cost is $15 per person.

Our yuletide, stomach-stuffing delight is just what we need to complete every year. If you haven’t been before, then it would be slightly hard for you to understand our obsession with every detail regarding this wonderful festival.

The Epcot Food and Wine Festival will feature more than 30 global marketplaces with dates from September 25th through November 16th… So I take it as my duty to inform both new comers and returnees of everything each person will need to know for the 2015 Epcot Food and Wine Festival!

What’s New at the 2015 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival?

Epcot Food & Wine Festival Expands to Future World

For the first time ever, the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival will be in the Future World section of Epcot with four new food and beverage marketplaces. The new Artistry of Wine & Cheese festival area will feature the Cheese Studio (offering a cheese sampler served on an artist’s palette to pair with wines) and the Wine Studio (offering premium wines on tap). The Cheese and Wine Studio will be located along the walkway toward Future World West.

New Next Eats Area will debut with Sustainable Chew and Chew Lab marketplaces inspired by ABC’s The Chew. Both marketplaces will be located near the Epcot Character Spot.

Epcot’s Flower & Garden Festival New Feel for 2015

Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival gets a fresh new feel for 2015. The special event will take place March 4th until May 17th. New experiences will include a variety of garden-fresh inspired seasonal dishes served at eleven Outdoor Kitchens and a new concert series, Garden Rocks. The new Garden Rocks concert series will feature music spanning several decades of contemporary and popular artists.

New! Limited Edition Olaf from Frozen Magic Band Available: A new, limited edition retail MagicBand, featuring Olaf from Disney’s “Frozen” is now available at Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This limited edition MagicBand will have an edition size of 5,000, and will have a retail of $29.95 (plus tax).  This new MagicBand will join three open edition MagicBands inspired by Disney’s “Frozen,” which are currently offered in Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post.

New! New Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Late Nights – LIVE!: Epcot Food & Wine Festival – Late Nights LIVE! street party will run from 9:45 p.m. to 1 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday during the festival between the United Kingdom Pavilion and World Showcase Plaza. The event includes six tastes (food and beverages) from select marketplaces, live music, entertainment, and a DJ. Cost is $79, plus tax. Admission to Epcot is not required after 9 p.m. for guests who have purchased credentials to the event.
